The job fair will be held from 6-9 p.m. at the Rainbow Room Banquet Hall, 47 Woods Falls Road in Altona.</p> <p>Noble plans to fill the approximately three dozen long-term jobs at its proposed windparks in Altona, Clinton and Ellenburg.
